Welcome to LUSILK. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from LUSILK. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. About LUSILK
LUSILK is a China-based fashion atelier specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order and made-to-measure garments.
Our pieces are carefully prepared according to the specifications of each order. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, texture, color, or finish may occur and are considered part of the character of individually crafted garments.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use the LUSILK website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Misuse our content, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property

3. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, materials, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and display settings.
Because our garments are handcrafted, minor differences between individual pieces may occur. These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, pricing errors, or other mistakes and to update product information at any time.
4. Made-to-Order & Made-to-Measure Products
Certain LUSILK products are made specifically after an order is placed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information requested by LUSILK.
Measurements must be provided in centimeters (cm) unless otherwise specified.
Once production has begun, changes to measurements, design, color, or other specifications may not be possible.
Please carefully review all information before submitting your order.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product availability issues
- Inability to fulfill the requested specifications
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Shipping restrictions
- Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If LUSILK cancels an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices may change without notice. However, changes made after an order has been successfully accepted will not affect the agreed price of that order, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is required.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing by LUSILK.
7. Taxes, Duties & Customs
LUSILK ships internationally from China.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes included in the checkout price are generally covered according to our shipping and tax arrangements.
For other destinations, LUSILK may cover or contribute toward certain duties or import-related costs. However, local VAT, import duties, customs charges, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may still apply.
Any such charges that are legally payable by the customer remain the customer's responsibility.
Customs requirements and taxation vary between countries and may change without notice.
8. Production Times
Production times displayed on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Our garments require individual preparation and, depending on the design, may involve multiple stages of handcrafted production.
Production may be affected by:
- Order volume
- Material availability
- Custom measurements
- Design complexity
- Quality-control requirements
- Holidays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped internationally using the shipping service selected or provided at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- Incorrect addresses
- Remote delivery locations
- Import procedures
- Circumstances beyond LUSILK's control
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.
10. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations.
Expedited shipping generally provides a faster transit time after the order has been completed and dispatched. It does not automatically shorten the production period.
Where possible, LUSILK may prioritize production for customers with a specific deadline.
Expedited shipping is approximately 5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Expedited shipping charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, customs duties, and import charges associated with expedited shipments are not necessarily included and may be payable by the customer depending on the destination.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because many LUSILK garments are handcrafted and made to order, certain products may not be eligible for return or cancellation where permitted by applicable law.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
No unauthorized returns should be sent to LUSILK.
12. Refused or Abandoned Packages
Refusing delivery, abandoning a parcel, failing to collect a parcel, or requesting that a carrier return a shipment does not constitute an approved cancellation or return.
If a package is returned to LUSILK without prior written authorization, the order remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Additional shipping, customs, storage, handling, or other costs resulting from an unauthorized or customer-caused return may be charged to the customer or deducted from any eligible refund.
13. Order Inspection & Documentation
LUSILK performs a final quality-control and packing inspection before orders are dispatched.
We may photograph or otherwise document:
- The completed garment
- Measurements or specifications where relevant
- The condition of the garment
- Packaging
- The contents of the shipment
- Shipping labels and tracking information
These records are maintained as part of our order documentation and may be used to investigate customer-service issues, payment disputes, fraudulent claims, or other disputes concerning an order.
14. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with an order or payment, please contact LUSILK first and allow us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
We maintain records relating to orders, including order confirmations, customer communications, measurements, production records, inspection photographs, packing records, shipping information, tracking information, and delivery records where applicable.
These records may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

All content appearing on the LUSILK website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Brand names
- Product names
- Photographs
- Videos
- Product designs
- Graphics
- Text
- Illustrations
- Website layouts
- Marketing materials
is owned by or licensed to LUSILK and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit LUSILK content without our prior written permission.
16. Product Reviews & Customer Content
If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, or other content to LUSILK, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication or marketing purposes, you grant LUSILK permission to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
17. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, and other technology providers.
Your use of such services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.
LUSILK is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
